Jumeirah Group, the world-class luxury hotel chain behind the iconic Burj Al Arab and Madinat Jumeirah, recently launched a new hotel brand called Zabeel House by Jumeirah, which is aiming to tap into the market of curious and adventurous travellers.
This exciting second brand from Jumeirah Group, which already operates the award-winning luxury Stay Different™ brand, has been created in response to the continuing and growing travel trend for exploration and enrichment through travel experiences.
Through the Zabeel House brand, Jumeirah Group is putting together an eclectic collection of hotels that are situated in the heart of interesting neighbourhoods. High on design but low on complexity, hotels under the new brand will offer brilliant basics and unexpected extras set in an upscale, casual environment. The core target market for the brand will be both business and leisure travellers who want a lively base from which to explore.
Each Zabeel House by Jumeirah hotel promises to immerse its guests into the heart of the vibrant local culture, allowing them to live the life of a resident and to experience a side of the city that they haven’t seen before.
Three properties under this new brand is set to open this year:
Zabeel House by Jumeirah MINI – Al Seef
A spirited alternative to the typical Dubai hotel experience that will open by mid-March, this hotel is made up of 150 adventurously designed pocket rooms and F&B options that include a Middle Eastern & Pan Asian restaurant, an elevated street food showcase and a healthy snackbar.
It is located at Al Seef, a new hub that has transformed a segment of Old Dubai into a hip promenade, a clever showcase of the city’s authentic heritage and stylish contemporary areas.
With this location, this particular Zabeel House sits right in the middle of 90 restaurants and 350 retail outlets can be found. The spice souq is a boat ride away and the world-famous Al Fahidi Historical District is a few a minutes’ drive away.
Zabeel House by Jumeirah – Al Seef
The opening of another version of the Al Seef hotel closely follows by mid-April this year. In this Zabeel House hotel, three room types will be available (Popular Room, Plush Room and Suite) and there will be 200 rooms all in all.
It also features four F&B outlets, a Middle Eastern-Mediterranean restaurant, a terrace for seafood and shisha with views of the Creek, a high tea and breakfast spot and a rooftop bar. Meeting spaces are available, featuring five rooms in different sizes and brightened by natural daylight.
Zabeel House by Jumeirah The Greens
Set to open in the last quarter of 2018, Zabeel House by Jumeirah – The Greens will offer 210 guest rooms, two restaurants, terrace dining around the pool area, conference and business facilities, as well as a gym and spa treatment rooms.
The intrepid travellers can expect a four-star experience, brilliant basics and unexpected extras within an upscale, casual environment.
Conveniently located to help guests experience Dubai, Zabeel House is well positioned at the heart of The Greens master development, and is part of a completed wider mixed-use development called “The Onyx”, which consists of residential, commercial and retail units.
The hotel has great connectivity with easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road, the main arterial road for the city, and is within easy reach of some of Dubai’s best beaches, as well as public transport and the Dubai Metro.
Anticipated to be a social hub for the locality, the hotel is also near Dubai Media City, Internet City, and the growing commercial district of Barsha Heights, which are the base for a number of media and IT companies.
