New hotels to watch for in the UAE

The UAE is blessed to have so many amazing properties to choose from. Whether you have a budget incentive program and need a quaint, high-quality three-star property or you are inviting your CEOs for a board-of-director meeting and need the utmost luxury, the country has a host of hotel options for you to choose from … and that is only the existing ones.

There are plenty more unique options that have either just opened or will be opening up soon. Stay tuned for updates from Gulf Dunes as we hear more on them.

For now, here’s a list of the top five properties to watch for in the UAE, in no particular order.

The luxury property will be the world’s fifth Bulgari Hotels and Resorts property.

Designed by Italian architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel and Partners, it will be located on the exclusive Jumeirah Bay Island, off the coast of Jumeirah Beach Road and will be sculpted in the shape of a titanic seahorse.

The luxury marine 1.7-million-sq-foot complex will be framed by lush landscaped gardens and it will be defined by 100 rooms and suites, 20 residential villas and a marina, all accompanied by a full range of luxury amenities.

Gulf Dunes would be keen to use this property for the upscale projects especially for clients who do not mind spending a little more to ensure they get the best attention and bragging rights.

A new lifestyle resort is set to open as part of Meraas’ Bluewaters Dubai project.

To be operated by Jumeirah under its Venu Living brand, the resort will have close to 300 rooms and suites, 119 serviced apartments, meeting facilities and F&B options. Gulf Dunes will highly recommend this property to planners who want to be in the center of … everything.

As the hotel rises right in the middle of the Bluewaters project, its guests are bound to be surrounded by retail outlets, restaurants, attractions—with the biggest being the Ain Dubai, a 200-meter Ferris wheel set to be the largest in the world.

Step into Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Residences Emirates Pearl, a five-star hotel in Abu Dhabi, and experience extraordinary architecture, luxurious guestrooms, international restaurants and bars, and impeccably delivered service.

As any seasoned planner will tell you, the Grand Hyatt brand is well known for its quality, flexibility, and dedication.

This property is currently scheduled to open in 2017 and will not be any different.

Scheduled to open in the summer of 2018, this fantastic property will comprise 294 guest rooms, including meeting facilities, spa suites, presidential suites and private high-end villas.

This will be a fantastic option for guests who want a beach resort with an actual beach overlooking an open expanse of water yet do not want to be in a property that is too large where a small group would get “lost”.

Set to open in early 2018, this is going to be a flagship property for Rotana Hotels & Resorts.

With 354 rooms and suites plus 134 beachfront villas on offer, this will be a fantastic high-end beach resort offering normal rates.

Gulf Dunes has worked with Rotana properties and their pull has been high-quality products at affordable prices.
